Marshfield Medical Center in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is looking for a BE/BC Hematology/Oncology physician to join an established Cancer Center & Research Program. Our clinics are integrated at all locations with regularly scheduled provider meetings, physician advisory boards, tumor boards, and other collaborations. Extensive research opportunities are available.

Program Details:

• Full range oncology practice including outpatient infusion center, inpatient capability, strong dedication to multi-disciplinary tumor boards, and teaching opportunities.

• Strong research program and support of clinical trials with dedicated Research RNs and coordinators.

• Supportive of work/life balance

• Physicians are supported by a strong team of APPs

• Radiation Oncology support onsite

• Dedicated Pathology and Radiology support

Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).

Compensation & Benefits:

• 2 year salary guarantee of $700k, depending on location, for a 1.0 FTE

• Up to $150k retention incentive, if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details)

• 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start

• CME annual allowance
