Registered Nurse with responsibilities for assisting with the professional role development of members of the Nursing Department as well as the implementation of programs to improve the quality of care delivered. Serves as a role model and as an educator, facilitator, change agent, consultant, and leader to promote the professional growth of peers and colleagues. This Clinical Nurse Educator position will focus on onboarding, orientation and nurse residency support as these nurses move to the clinical phases of their orientation. The role also includes responsibility for the development and support of programs that facilitate role transition into nursing and then the nurses growth from novice to expert. Position is a full-time, 60 hours biweekly role
