Pediatric Services (CVICU) Advanced Practice Provider
The Heart Institute at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The provider will be a part of a multidisciplinary, ICU-based, inpatient congenital cardiology team. Responsibilities will include daily rounds, guiding diagnostic and treatment plans, and managing care in collaboration with cardiac critical care and other cardiology subspecialty teams for pre- and post-surgical patients. The selected candidate will also work closely with community cardiologists to coordinate outpatient follow-up care. Educational & research opportunities are available. Candidates must have a national Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Certification or must have a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or Master’s equivalent) f
