Position SummaryThis Nurse Coordinator will manage and coordinate care for the hematology patient populations. Populations include; thalassemia, aplastic anemia and other patients who require chronic transfusions. Duties include phone triage, education and working closely with a multidisciplinary team. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8a-5pm. No holidays or weekends.
