OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSThe Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a certified and Connecticut licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Thoracic Surgery Clinic and Hematology Oncology Department at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center located in Hartford, Connecticut.This is a unique Lung Cancer Screening, Prevention and Survivorship office based full-time position in which you will work collaboratively with Medical Oncology and Thoracic Surgery supportive care teams to:See patients for Scheduling low dose CT scans, Manage follow up care, CT Follow-Ups (Cancer Surveillance Visits), Post-Operative Visits, Cancer Survivorship Visits, Smoking Cessation, and Shared Decision-Making Visits for the Lung Cancer Screening Program.
