Position Summary

Post Coordinator Position - The incumbent must have the following qualifications: BSN with 3+ years of clinical practice experience in Hematology/Oncology and experience in Bone Marrow Transplant is preferred. This position will work to coordinate appointments, medications and treatment plans for patients Post Bone Marrow Transplant in the outpatient setting. Experience in providing patient education will be an important part of this role. This is a M-F Position, 4/10’s-no weekends/holidays. Up to $10,000 in incentives and Relocation Assistance available.

The Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CTC) is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a designated member of the transplant multidisciplinary team with primary responsibility to coordinate and ensure continuity of care for transplant candidates, recipients and their families throughout all phases of care (referral, evaluation, waitlist, transplant surgery and post-transplant).The CTC partners with the members of the multidisciplinary team including, but not limited to physicians, surgeons, nurses, social workers, pharmacist, nutritionists, financial coordinators and administrative personnel.

Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). (Required)
Experience
  • Three (3) or more years of clinical practice and leadership experience. (Required)
  • Two (2) or more years of solid organ or bone marrow transplant experience. (Preferred)
Certifications
  • Current State of Arizona RN License. (Required)
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. (Required)
