The Baylor College of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Hematology-Oncology is seeking a hospital-based Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist at Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Center in the Texas Medical Center, Houston, TX. 
This is an opportunity to join the largest Pediatric Hematology-Oncology program in the nation, working in close collaboration with Pediatric Hematology-Oncology academic faculty, subspecialty fellows, advanced practice practitioners and pediatric residents. Potential candidates are expected to have excellent clinical, communication and time management skills.
Physicians will provide care to a diverse population of patients with unusual presentations. This position also offers the distinct opportunity to interact and to collaborate with world-renowned subspecialists in an environment focused on evidence-based medicine, quality improvement, international medicine and teaching. Clinical work will involve both daytime and in-house nighttime inpatient coverage. There is also time on our procedure team performing bone marrows and lumbar punctures. 

Minimum requirements include:
1)    MD or equivalent degree.
2)    Board certified or board eligible for Pediatric Hematology-Oncology boards.
3)    Prior to employment start date must obtain Texas Medical License and Drug Enforcement Administration registration.
