The BMMSA Endoscopy Office is looking to add a full-time experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to their team. The CRNA will be responsible for managing and administering anesthesia in a wide variety of situations. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist will be an integral part of the medical office's health care team and will provide patients with comfort and support throughout their medical experience. A successful candidate for this position will have extensive knowledge of medical equipment, an ability to remain calm in high stress situations, and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Responsibilities of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist:

  • Provide anesthesia services.
  • Be aware of current technologies and trends in anesthesia.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative assessments.
  • Order and interpret test results to make diagnoses related to patients.
  • Prepare patients for surgery, treating them with respect and kindness.
  • Monitor patients during surgery for potential changes in their conditions, taking necessary measures as needed.
  • Perform intra-operative duties as ordered by the surgeon, such as administering anesthetic or monitoring patient conditions during the procedure.
