Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Supervisor, Registered Nurse for Atlantic Hematology/Oncology, part of Atlantic Medical Group in Morristown, NJ.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- The Practice Clinical Supervisor, Registered Nurses will be responsible for direct oversight of the CMA's and lab personnel, act as first line of communication for all operations
- Workflows and HR related issues, track licenses for all clinical team members, conduct quality checklists, provide coverage as needed, and work with the Practice Manager and Practice Administrator to create efficiencies.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Active RN licensure in NJ
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Three years prior clinical experience in a physician practice required
- Two years supervisory experience in a physician practice or medical environment preferred
