Individual has responsibility and accountability for clinical operations within the PHP Hematology/Oncology Clinics.   Works with the Director of Group Operations, Director of Clinical Operations, Practice Manager/Supervisor, and staff to improve the quality of care and outcomes.  Supports the financial and operational performance of the department, improve patient, physician and employee satisfaction.  Leads by example and works with the team to promote high value performance.  This is a management position.

• Must have a current California RN license
• Bachelor’s Degree required or in process, applicable degree may be required in some areas due to licensure requirements
• Minimum two years supervisory experience preferred
• Must have a current BLS CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• LEAN experience preferred
