TheDivision of Orthopedic Surgery at The Baylor Scott and White Roney Bone andJoint Institute is seeking a full-time BE/BCOrthopedic Oncology Surgeon to join an outstanding orthopedic surgeryprogram at our rapidly growing Orthopedics practice in Temple, TX.
TheBaylor Scott & White Roney Bone and Joint Institute's orthopedic oncologyteam and Temple's Sarcoma Services diagnose and treat cancers and benignconditions of the bone, cartilage and soft tissues in patients of all ages. Ourcomprehensive, multidisciplinary sarcoma services include providers in allmajor disciplines including musculoskeletal oncology, surgical oncology,pathology, medical oncology, pediatric oncology, pediatric surgery, radiationoncology, musculoskeletal radiology, and genetics, among other supportingservice lines.
Qualifications:
-Orthopedic Oncologyfellowship training is preferred.
-Level1 Trauma Call coverage is shared amongst the department.
-Experiencein process improvement is beneficial.
-CJR/BundledPayment knowledge is a plus.
-Interestin training residents is required.
