The Division of Hematology/Oncology, Department of Pediatrics, at the University of Washington is recruiting a Pediatric Neuro-Oncologist at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level without tenure (commensurate with experience and qualifications) on the Clinician-Scholar track. The position will be a full-time, multi-year appointment over a 12-month service period.

This position will provide clinical care to children, adolescents and young adults with brain tumors.This will include the care of patients participating in a wide variety of clinical trials, and coordination of care with a talented multidisciplinary team at Seattle Children’s Hospital, the largest pediatric brain tumor program in the Pacific Northwest. There is opportunity for academic focus on clinical research or program development depending on the candidate qualifications.

All University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research and service.  Anticipated start date is Summer 2021.

Interested applicants must have an MD/DO or foreign equivalent and be board certified in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.

In order to be eligible for University sponsorship for an H-1B visa, graduates of foreign (non-U.S.) medical schools must show successful completion of all 3 steps of the U.S. Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE) or equivalent as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
