The Valerie Fund Children’s Center at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Paterson, NJ invites applications for a faculty position from candidates who are Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology.  St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital is a member of COG. It serves as a pediatric teaching facility for several MD/DO programs and supports a pediatric residency program.

The candidate would join 3.6 FTE faculty members, 1 nurse practitioner, 1 RN-case manager, and a fully staffed multidisciplinary team that ensures high quality, family-centered care.  St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital has a tertiary level PICU and NICU, with pediatric multispecialty support and a Pediatric residency program.  We have a comprehensive sickle cell center and a robust mid-sized oncology practice.  We are looking for a new member with a strong clinical interest in pediatric hematology/oncology with leanings toward oncology/neuro-oncology, interest in clinical research, and excellence in patient care and teaching.
