The Department of Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine and Mayo Clinic Children’s Center is seeking a pediatric hematologist/oncologist with special interest and experience in neuro-oncology to join the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
Mayo Clinic is a NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with 6 pediatric hematologist/oncologists. Our group is a full member of the Children’s Oncology Group and a COG-approved hematopoietic stem cell transplantation center. There are opportunities for collaboration with other subspecialties within the Cancer Center and Mayo Clinic has a well-integrated, multidisciplinary neuro-oncology practice. Mayo Clinic offers excellent teaching opportunities with our medical students, residents and fellows. Academic rank in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine will be granted commensurate with experience.
Must be board-certified/board-eligible in pediatric hematology/oncology with expertise in neuro-oncology and eligible for medical licensure in the State of Minnesota. Candidates should also have outstanding clinical and teaching skills, and experience in basic, clinical or translational research.
