The Division of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at Banner Children’s Diamond Children’s Medical Center located on the campus of Banner University Medical Center – Tucson (BUMCT) seeks a qualified candidate to join our team at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The physician hired will receive a faculty appointment with the University of Arizona commensurate with their credentials.
Responsibilities and Details:
Average Daily Patient Load: 10-12
Call can be taken from home
Inpatient rounding shared by the providers in the division
Treat and manage the medical care of pediatric patients with hematology/oncology diseases
Procedures/Types of Cases: Hematology and Oncology patients (inpatient and outpatient); Bone Marrows; Lumbar Punctures

Ability to work with diverse students, trainees and colleagues
Should have an interest in teaching multi-disciplinary trainees, as well as interest in quality improvement and other academic endeavors tailored to the candidate's career path
