The Studer Family Children's Hospital at Sacred Heart in Pensacola, Florida is seeking a board certified/board eligible Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist. This position is employed through the University of Florida but based at The Studer Family Children's Hospital in Pensacola. The position includes an academic appointment with the University of Florida, competitive pay, and robust benefits.
A new freestanding Children’s Hospital is under construction and will open in 2019. The hospital is supported by a full complement of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialists, as well as pediatric-trained ancillary support staff. There is a successful pediatric residency program, from which about half of the graduates enter fellowships. There are also medical and osteopathic schools affiliated with the hospital.
