Nemours is seeking a fourth Pediatric Hematologist Oncologist to join our team at Nemours Children's Specialty Care in Pensacola, Florida, as Chief of the division. Nemours Pensacola is an active member of the Children's Oncology Group (COG) through the Nemours Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, which is a National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP). There is collaboration with the other Nemours Hematology/Oncology programs in Florida and Delaware.
In addition to the Oncology program, there are Sickle Cell Disease and Hemophilia programs, as well as a Hematology consultative service. The division is an active participant in industry-sponsored trials in Hematology with an excellent research support team.
Successful candidates will have completed a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology Oncology and be board-certified or eligible in Hematology Oncology and Pediatrics.
